Eagle’s Tubular High Temperature Sterilizer is a core device for fluid sterilization based on ultra-high temperature short-time (UHT) technology, widely used in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. It is suitable for materials with high viscosity, fiber/pulp particles, high acidity, or corrosiveness. Made of SUS304/SUS316L sanitary stainless steel with an inner polished surface, it meets GMP and food hygiene standards. The device consists of preheating, heating, heat preservation, cooling sections, and a control system, with CIP and SIP functions. Its capacity ranges from 1 to 20 t/h, and sterilization temperature reaches 120–140℃ (some models up to 150℃), enabling rapid sterilization while preserving material quality.

Sanitary quick-clamp connections and dead-corner-free polishing; equipped with double mechanical seals + barrier fluid seal , sterile breather, pressure protection, and over-temperature alarm for sterile production and safety.

Work Principle

  • Preheating: Material is pumped to the preheating section, exchanging heat with sterilized hot material to 50–70℃ for energy recovery.
  • Heating: Preheated material rapidly reaches the target sterilization temperature (e.g., 135℃) via steam, hot water, or electric heating.
  • Heat Preservation: Material stays in the heat preservation tube for 3–5 seconds to completely kill microorganisms (including heat-resistant spores), with pressure control to prevent flash evaporation.
  • Cooling: Sterilized material first exchanges heat with cold material (heat recovery rate >90%), then cools to filling temperature (≤40℃) via cooling water, with closed pipelines to avoid recontamination.
  • CIP/SIP: After production, the equipment automatically performs online cleaning and sterilization.
