1958: A State-Owned Factory Is Born

Weifang Medical Appliances Factory was established as a state-owned enterprise, manufacturing operating tables, X-ray protective chairs, and water distillers for hospitals across China.

1986: A Pivot Toward Pharmaceutical Water Systems

1996: Reform, Renaming, and the First Export Orders

Following China’s state-owned enterprise reform movement, the factory transitioned to private enterprise status and was renamed Weifang Eagle Medical Appliances Co., Ltd (WEMAC). This marked the company’s first steps into international markets, exporting through trade companies to buyers outside China.

2009: A New 61,700 sqm Factory

As export orders grew, the company built a new factory covering 61,700 square meters, introducing automated machinery to improve production quality and throughput.

2014: Expansion into Brewery and Beverage Equipment

Eagle Engineering was established as a new division, applying the same sterile processing and fluid-handling engineering expertise to brewery and beverage production equipment. Eagle Engineering was acquired by SKE in 2023.

2024: SKE and Eagle Medical Form a Unified Group

In 2024, SKE and Weifang Eagle Medical Appliances Co., Ltd (WEMAC) entered a strategic partnership, integrating manufacturing, engineering, and global marketing resources into a single organization: SKE & Eagle Group.
