Pure Steam Generator

Eagle’s Pure Steam Generators are specialized to produce ultra-high-purity steam, a key requirement for thorough sterilization of pharmaceutical equipment (like reactors and filling machines), hygienic production pipelines, and storage tanks holding APIs or finished drugs. Wide Use of Pure Steam

  • Pharmaceutical & Biopharmaceutical Industry: Used for Sterilization-in-Place (SIP) of equipment and pipelines, high-temperature cleaning of sterile production systems, and depyrogenation of environmental surfaces.
  • Medical & Hospital Applications: Moist heat sterilization of surgical instruments, sterile packaging, dialysis equipment, and items in central sterile supply departments (CSSD).
  • Food Processing Industry: Sterilization and cleaning of packaging containers and production equipment, providing a contamination-free heat source.
  • Electronics & Precision Industries: Serves as a heat source for high-purity water systems and supports sterile auxiliary processes in cleanroom environments and semiconductor manufacturing.

Work Principle

  • Pre-processing: Feedwater is pressurized by a multistage pump and preheated through a condenser and preheater for heat recovery.
  • Evaporation: Preheated water enters the evaporator, where it is indirectly heated by industrial steam to form a steam-water mixture.
  • Three-Stage Separation:The mixture undergoes falling film, gravity, and helical centrifugal separation in the separator to remove all droplets and impurities.
  • Pure Steam Output: Dry, high-purity steam is delivered from the top for sterile use. Unevaporated water is recirculated to the evaporator.

Product Feature

  • Structure: Evaporator, preheater, and condenser all feature double tube-sheet design, with inner expansion and outer welding to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Separation: Three-stage purification combining falling-film, gravity, and centrifugal separation.
  • Material: All surfaces in contact with feedwater, pure steam, and condensate are made of SS316L.
  • Thermal Insulation: Evaporator and preheater are insulated with aluminum silicate needle-punched blanket, offering good elasticity, light weight, excellent thermal insulation, and high stability.
  • Surface Treatment: Electrochemical polishing of internal and external surfaces ensures high smoothness and cleanliness.
  • Energy Saving: Evaporator-separator interconnected structure enables efficient thermal recycling; level control optimizes feedwater usage; preheater utilizes steam condensate for preheating. Enables fast start-stop and significant energy savings.
  • Piping Connection: Preferential use of stainless steel bent pipes to minimize welding; automatic argon-protected welding (single-side welding double-side forming) is applied where needed, followed by electrochemical polishing.
  • Validation Documentation: Provides endoscope images, weld maps, pressure test reports, passivation records, and system design documents.
  • Control System: Fully automated HMI + PLC control with user-friendly operation and multi-communication support. At least three-level access control.
  • Online Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of conductivity, temperature, flow, and other parameters; supports both paperless and paper recorders for data logging and printing.
  • Optional Features: Optional electronic signature, electronic records, and audit trail functions to meet GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
