Plate Type Concentrator

Eagle’s plate type concentrator is an efficient material concentration equipment with plate-type structure as its core component. It is mainly used for the concentration of liquid materials (such as water, ethanol and other solvent-based materials) and is widely applicable to production scenarios requiring the concentration of extracts in pharmaceutical, food, health product and other industries. Through its unique plate design and system configuration, it realizes rapid and low-loss concentration of materials. Compared with traditional shell-and-tube evaporators and condensers, it has significant advantages in efficiency, cost, space utilization and other aspects. Moreover, its production capacity can be flexibly adjusted according to production needs, and it supports single-effect or double-effect (equipped with Thermal Vapor Recompression system, TVR) operation modes.

Low-temp concentrate juices/dairy (retain nutrients/flavors); concentrate spice/herb extracts (boost flavor/active ingredients) for condiments/functional drinks.

Chemical Industry

Recover solvents (ethanol, acetone) from solutions (recycle to cut costs); concentrate dye/surfactant dilutions (meet standards, prevent overheating denaturation).

Work Principle

  • Preparation: Turn on compressed air, cooling water and various types of sealing water;
  • Feeding and Circulation: Vacuum suck materials into the balance tank and start forced circulation of materials;
  • Vacuum and Heating: Start the vacuum system and introduce steam to heat materials;
  • Balancing and Evaporation: After materials are heated up, they are evaporated and concentrated in the separator;
  • Discharging and Cleaning: Discharge continuously when materials meet the standard; after completion, conduct automatic CIP cleaning and discharge.
