Eagle’s Blending Tank (with heating function) is a core process equipment in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, plant extraction and other industries. It is mainly used for heating, homogenizing mixing and property adjustment of materials, especially suitable for processing high-viscosity (e.g., traditional Chinese medicine extracts) and heat-sensitive (e.g., plant active liquids) materials. Through the synergistic effect of “temperature control (heating) + mechanical stirring”, it achieves stable material temperature and uniform composition, providing qualified preprocessed materials for subsequent processes such as concentration, forming, and filling. At the same time, it can be connected with auxiliary material addition, featuring both process adaptability and operational convenience, and complying with GMP and food hygiene standards.

Pharmaceutical Industry

Heat to dissolve excipients (e.g., polymers, crystalline drugs) while stirring for uniform liquid mixing, ensuring full dissolution of active ingredients. Precise temperature control (30–80℃) prevents heat-sensitive

Food Industry

Heat and stir syrups, jams, dairy—melt sugar, blend pulp with liquid, or heat to 50–70℃ for better fluidity (eases filling). Avoids burning, preserves flavor, supporting standardized production of drinks, desserts, seasonings.

Chemical/Daily Chemical Industry

Heat and stir coatings, adhesives, skincare raw materials (e.g., emulsified creams, solvent-based resins) to reduce viscosity and speed reactions. Stirring prevents sedimentation, ensuring stable product performance.

Work Principle

  • Feeding: Materials enter the tank via sanitary-grade pipelines. Liquid level sensors monitor the volume; feeding automatically stops to prevent overflow when the preset value is reached. Auxiliary materials (if needed) can be added in batches through the top port to meet different proportion requirements.
  • Heating & Temp Control: Heating medium flows through the tank jacket, with the temp control system keeping temperature within the set range. Cooling medium can be switched in some scenarios for integrated heating-cooling, preventing degradation of heat-sensitive components.
  • Stirring & Homogenization: A motor-driven stirring shaft rotates, breaking up lumps and promoting material circulation via shearing and convection. This homogenizes components, avoids local overheating, and ensures consistent material properties.
  • Condition Monitoring: Integrated temperature, pressure and liquid level sensors transmit data in real time. Sound and light alarms trigger automatically for issues like excessive temp or abnormal stirring, facilitating troubleshooting.
  • Discharging & Cleaning: After processing, open the tank bottom valve to convey materials to the next process via pipelines. Post-emptying, the tank inner wall can be rinsed via an online CIP system or manual cleaning with spray balls to reduce residues.
